Tom Zimmerman remodeled my house in 2001 and built out my art gallery in 2006. I believe I’m the only person I know who has completely positive stories about a general contractor and his crew. The work was good, the price was fair and Tom was on site every day until the project was completed. I was working full time on other projects during both of these builds and Tom ran the show and made the right decisions without fail. I’ve heard so many stories about construction nightmares (particularly over-exended and unavailable contractors), that I can’t imagine a project without Tom Zimmerman on point.
